Sub-Agent Partnership Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement

This Sub-Agent Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between StepProp ("Company") and the applicant ("Partner") registered on this platform. By accepting, the Partner agrees to act as a licensed real estate sub-agent under Company supervision.

2. Partner Obligations

The Partner agrees to:

• Represent properties truthfully and accurately
• Maintain valid real estate licenses in applicable jurisdictions
• Not engage in unauthorized transactions outside this platform
• Keep client information confidential
• Promptly respond to leads assigned by the Company

3. Revenue Sharing & Commission Structure

Commission rates and revenue-sharing splits are defined per property listing and agreed upon separately. Commissions are paid upon successful transaction completion as verified by the Company.

4. Co-Broking Rules

When co-broking a shared listing through the StepProp agent network, the commission split offered by the listing agent is binding once a digital handshake is confirmed. Partners must honour the agreed split and complete transactions through the platform.

5. Lead Ownership Clause

Leads generated by a Partner's own listings are owned by that Partner and are delivered directly to the Partner. StepProp will not intercept, delay, or reassign Partner-owned lead data.

6. Property Authenticity Guarantee

The Partner guarantees that every listing they post is authentic, accurate, and that they are authorised to market the property. Fraudulent or misrepresented listings are grounds for immediate suspension.

7. Non-Circumvention

The Partner agrees not to circumvent the Company, the listing agent, or another co-broking party by concluding a transaction outside the platform to avoid commission obligations. Digital handshake timestamps serve as proof of non-circumvention.

8. Intellectual Property

All marketing materials, property data, and brand assets provided by the Company remain the exclusive property of StepProp. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend access for violations of these terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable international and local real estate laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.

11. Approval Process

Your application is subject to review and approval by StepProp administration. You will receive an email notification once your application has been reviewed.
