Platform Role StepProp is a real estate platform and real estate brokerage working in cooperation with established developers and real estate companies. StepProp offers: Property brokerage services Real estate advisory services Guidance for investment in holiday homes Market information about areas with potential value growth Support and practical guidance during property purchases in Turkey StepProp acts as an intermediary between the client and the relevant real estate company. All legally binding agreements, purchase contracts, and payments are made directly between the client and the relevant real estate company or developer. StepProp is not a contractual party in the property purchase. 2. Compensation StepProp does not charge the client for its services. Compensation to StepProp is provided by cooperating developers or real estate companies. 3. No Investment Guarantee Information provided by StepProp is for guidance purposes only. StepProp does not guarantee: Property value increase Rental income Investment returns Market performance Financing approval Government decisions Real estate investments involve risk and are made at the client’s own responsibility. 4. Client Responsibility The client is responsible for: Conducting their own due diligence Ensuring legal and financial conditions Consulting independent legal, tax, or financial advisors when necessary StepProp is not responsible for decisions made by the client based on provided information. 5. Third Parties Property purchases and agreements are conducted between the client and the real estate company. StepProp is not responsible for: Construction delays Changes in project specifications or layouts Legal disputes between buyer and seller Developer performance Government decisions Market fluctuations Currency fluctuations Any claims must be directed to the contracting party. 6. Limitation of Liability Since StepProp does not charge the client for its services, StepProp has no financial liability toward the client for investment results or financial outcomes related to property purchases. Under no circumstances shall StepProp be liable for: Direct or indirect financial loss Lost investment Expected or projected returns Consequential damages Technical errors on the website Temporary website unavailability Use of the platform is at your own risk. 7. Intellectual Property All website content, including text, logos, images, and branding, belongs to StepProp unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited. 8. Force Majeure StepProp shall not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters Political events Economic crises Government actions 9. Changes to the Terms StepProp reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. 10. Governing Law Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through dialogue. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and competent jurisdiction.
